Between October and November 2007, I gave Tunde Ogunbajo the sum of thirty thousand and fifty dollars ($30,050) to buy me three Nissan pick-up trucks from the U.S., after weeks of stories and excuses and no cars from Tunde, I called his siblings and his wife and they all basically told me to go and sort myself out with Tunde as there wasn't much they could do to help.

Tunde completely cut-off all communication with me. He would not take my calls; he would not return voice messages and would not reply my emails. I posted a report on rip-offreport.com and I promptly got a telephone call from him accusing me that I had over reacted and that my vehicles were on their way to me. I blamed him for avoiding me in-spite of the anxieties he knew his actions and the delay were causing. I promised him that I would write a retraction immediately I received the vehicles.

In addition to the said truck valued at $11,200, I have received the sum of sixteen thousand dollars from Tunde Ogunbajo; the problem now is that he has refused to pay my balance of two thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($2,850). We agreed at a meeting in March 2008 that I would post a rejoinder on rip-off report.com and he'd pay the balance. I sent him the rejoinder on March 25,2008 and he said he found it unsatisfactory. I asked him to edit it and send it back and he has consistently refused!

It's been 14 weeks since I sent him the draft of the rejoinder. Since then, he has refused to take my calls; he would not return voice messages and would not reply my emails.

I am yet to post the rejoinder on ripoffreport.com since he has already found it disagreeable.
